Your item can be returned in person or by mail, regardless of whether  you made your original purchase in our store, on the phone, or online. Items can be returned for an exchange or a reimbursement to your original form of payment. You must include your receipt with the return so we can be sure to refund the correct amount. The item must be returned within 30 days of the purchase in the original condition and complete with tags. We do apologize, but we are unable to accept returns on any custom or monogrammed merchandise. Please fill out the form below and include it with your return.
